How The New System Will Work- Assessments for the third language will be entirely school-based and reflected in CBSE certificates.

- The victim’s mother filed a complaint under the BNS and POCSO Act against the husband, the landlord and one of the landlord’s relatives.
- The family had moved to Morbi around six months ago for work and was living in a rented house for Rs 2,000 a month.
Minor Daughter Also Assaulted- The complaint alleged that the landlord repeatedly raped both the woman and her minor daughter at different locations.
- A relative of the landlord was also accused of raping the woman, while the husband allegedly consented to the abuse as rent dues piled up.
- Police arrested the husband and landlord, while relatives accused of helping the crime remained absconding.
