Emraan Hashmi is an Indian actor who has been a prominent figure in Bollywood for over two decades. Born and raised in Mumbai, he began his film career in 2003 after graduating from the University of Mumbai. Before stepping into acting, he worked as an assistant director on the 2002 horror film Raaz.
