Advocates Assn requests Jharkhand High Court to begin virtual hearing in view of fuel crisis
Ranchi: The Advocates Association, Jharkhand High Court, on Friday requested the Chief Justice to start virtual court practice in the light of the recent crisis in availability of fuel in the capital.Due to the scarcity of fuel and long jams in petrol pumps, the association has written a letter to High Court Chief Justice M.S. Sonak to consider starting virtual court practice.Meanwhile, the Supreme Court has issued a directive of holding virtual court mandatorily on every Monday and Friday of the week. EOM
