Vishnu shines as Sigma XI thrash Maplewood XI

Kanpur: Vishnu Pandey's unbeaten 73 powered Sigma XI to an eight-wicket victory over Maplewood XI and a place in the semi-finals of the JNT Under-12 Cricket Tournament at Kanpur South Ground on Thursday.Opting to bat, Maplewood XI posted 167 for three in their allotted 25 overs, with Kartik Shukla (70) and Naman (43) being the main contributors. In reply, Sigma XI chased down the target for the loss of two wickets.
