JEE aspirant from UP found hanging in hostel room in Kota

KOTA: A student from Uttar Pradesh preparing for the Joint Entrance Examination (JEE) was found hanging in his hostel room in Kota, Rajasthan.The incident took place under the jurisdiction of the Jawahar Nagar Police Station. Police said on Thursday that the student had been staying at the hostel for over a year.The deceased has been identified as Aryan Ojha, a native of UP’s Sant Kabir Nagar district.Kota DSP Yogesh Kumar said the student’s friends broke open the door of his room and took him to a hospital, where he was declared dead.Police said a post-mortem examination will be conducted and further investigation is currently underway.(With ANI inputs)
