Union Home Minister Amit Shah Calls For Strong Action To End Illegal Infiltration Across Borders

Union Home Minister Amit Shah has called for intensified action to curb illegal infiltration after highlighting progress in the government’s anti-Naxal campaign. He said India is now largely free from Naxalism due to sustained efforts, despite earlier warnings from retired officers and advisory concerns. Shah urged security forces, including the BSF, to adopt similar determination against infiltration threats. He also announced a proposed high-powered Demography Mission aimed at identifying sensitive border areas and strengthening national security measures across regions.
