Madurai: Central Railway announced on Saturday that express special trains will be operated between Mumbai CST and Tuticorin during the summer season.
There will be seven services, departing from Mumbai CST from April 21 to June 2 at 12.30am on Tuesdays and reaching Tuticorin at 11.30am the next day. Similarly, another seven services will depart from Tuticorin from April 22 to June 3 at 3.30pm on Wednesdays and reach Mumbai CST at 6am on Fridays.
The train will have an AC two tier coach, six AC three tier coaches, nine sleeper coaches, four general second class coaches and two luggage-cum-brake vans.
