Bhopal: Justice Vivek Rusia, the administrative judge of the Madhya Pradesh high court, has been appointed acting Chief Justice of the high court. The Ministry of Law and Justice issued a notification to this effect on Monday.Justice Rusia will assume the charge following the elevation of Chief Justice Sanjeev Sachdeva to the Supreme Court, which will leave the post of Chief Justice of the MP high court vacant.Born on August 2, 1969, Justice Rusia enrolled as an advocate with the Madhya Pradesh State Bar Council on Aug 8, 1992. He was elevated as an additional judge of the MP high court on April 7, 2016, and was appointed a permanent judge on March 17, 2018.
