India At UN Accuses Pakistan Of ‘Barbaric’ Kabul Hospital Airstrike During Ramadan

India unleashed a fierce diplomatic counterattack at the United Nations Security Council after Pakistan once again raised Jammu and Kashmir at the UNSC debate on protection of civilians in armed conflict. India’s Permanent Representative Harish Parvathaneni accused Pakistan of hypocrisy, terror sponsorship and targeting innocent civilians across borders while pretending to lecture the world on international law. Citing UNAMA findings, India highlighted civilian deaths in Afghanistan allegedly caused by Pakistani airstrikes, including the controversial strike on Kabul’s Omid Addiction Treatment Hospital during Ramadan. India also reminded the world about Pakistan’s role during the 1971 Bangladesh Liberation War, calling out the mass atrocities and genocidal violence committed by the Pakistani Army.
