Jawaharlal Nehru University (JNU) and the School of Arts and Aesthetics (SAA) recently held its first film screening since 2017, with Ranjan Ghosh-directed ‘Mahishasur Marddini’. It’s the first proper special screening held by the SAA after a long, long time, wherein a filmmaker was invited and hosted on the campus. The honour left director Ranjan Ghosh all too emotional.
