Brisbane Heat on Friday finalised their squad for the upcoming Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) season, with recruits Georgia Redmayne, Nicola Hancock, and Georgia Voll completing their 15-player list.

The T20 Spring Challenge in Australia is scheduled from 11 to 20 October 2024. Featuring eight Women's Big Bash League (WBBL) teams and the ACT Meteors, each team will play four games with top teams advancing to semi-finals and then the final. The second Women’s Premier League Player Auction will take place on December 9 in Mumbai with a total of 165 cricketers set to go under the gavel. Out of 165 players, 104 are Indians while 61 are overseas players. 15 players are from associate nations with a total 56 capped and 109 uncapped players.
