Dilruwan Perera to Dom Sibley, SAFE! The batsman has not lifted his back leg. Sharp turn on this delivery, it lands full and around off, Sibley tries to work it on the leg side but misses. Dickwella collects the ball and disturbs the stumps. He appeals and the umpire takes it upstairs. One frame is enough to rule the decision in favour of the batsman.
Stumping appeal! It's been referred upstairs...
Dilruwan Perera to Dom Sibley, Tossed up ball around off, Sibley strides forward confidently and defends it back.
Dilruwan Perera to Dom Sibley, FOUR LEG BYES! Appeal for an lbw, not given! Sibley gets down on one knee for the sweep shot but misses. It takes his pads and runs behind to the fine leg fence. The impact was easily outside the off stump.
Dilruwan Perera to Jonny Bairstow, Conventional sweep this time! Bairstow fetches it from outside off and sweeps it with the spin to deep backward square leg for a run.
Dilruwan Perera to Jonny Bairstow, FOUR! Excellent shot! Loopy and full around off, Bairstow gets into the position early for the reverse sweep and times it superbly in front of square on the off side for a boundary.
Dilruwan Perera to Jonny Bairstow, Flatter off spinner, Bairstow lets it turn back in and then keeps it out towards short fine leg.

Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, An appeal for lbw. Not given. Was outside the line. A slider, skidding in, from outside off, Bairstow comes forward in defense but misses. Is hit on the pads. There is an appeal but it is not given.
Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, Full length ball on the middle stump, Bairstow strides forward and blocks it.
Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, NOT OUT! No evidence of the ball clipping any part of the glove there or the wrist band, before it hit the forearm. Full and on off and middle, Jonny Bairstow looks to reverse sweep again. To the naked eye, he seems to have missed it. The ball seems to have got his forearm and lobs in the air, near silly point, on the ground. The keeper runs towards it, dives and takes it. There is a huge appeal for the catch and Sri Lanka think they have their man. But umpire Dharmasena is unmoved there. Straightaway, the Lankans take it upstairs. Replays are in... hmm, no spike detected as the ball passes the bat. So, it has just lobbed off the forearm there although it was very close to the wrist band.
Sri Lanka have taken a review for a catch here. Jonny Bairstow is the man in question. The Sri Lankans looked convinced but umpire Dharmasena stood his ground. And straightaway, the hosts took a review. Right, is there some glove on that?
Back for the final session. England within touching distance of winning this game, you may feel so. But we have seen funny collapses in the past on a spinning surface. Jonny Bairstow and Dom Sibley are out in the middle. Lasith Embuldeniya will get us underway once more with the ball. Here comes Lasith...
Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, FOUR! England go past 50. Jonny has straightaway taken to the attack, against Lasith. Full length delivery on middle and off, Bairstow gets down and reverse sweeps it behind square on the off side.
Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, 'Two, two' says Jonny Bairstow and he gets it. Very full length ball on the middle pole line, JB flicks it behind square on the on side, wide of short fine, and gets a couple.
... Day 4, Session 3...
Earlier, the session began with Sri Lanka being at 67/6, with a lead of 104. They lost a couple of quick wickets but just even all seemed to be over, Lasith Embuldeniya chipped in with the bat as well. His individual knock of 40, combined with a decent partnership with Suranga Lakmal, helped Sri Lanka's lead get to 163. In the afternoon session, Bess and Leach got 1 each, while they struggled to break the Lakmal-Embuldeniya partnership. That is when Joe Root entered the show, with the ball, cleaning up the last two batters.
With a target of 164, England set out to bat and Crawley was looking good. But he perished to Embuldeniya soon. Since then though, there have not been any further casualties as Bairstow and Sibley also kept the scoreboard ticking. England now need just another 118 to win and will back themselves to chase this down. Are we in for any surprises though? Join us for the final session shortly to find out...
Lasith Embuldeniya to Jonny Bairstow, Again, on the shorter side, this time to Jonny. He camps back and strokes it on the off side for a single as well.
