North Greenwich Arena is originally known as The O2 Arena. With a capacity of up to 20,000 North Greenwich Arena will host Artistic and Trampoline Gymnastics, as well as some matches in the Basketball and Wheelchair Basketball competitions. For the London Olympics 2012 some temporary installation of items like tents, cabins, signage, services and equipment in and around the venue will be done. After the games North Greenwich Arena will continue to serve as a multi-purpose music, sports and entertainment venue.
