Coronavirus live updates: Covid-19 vaccination phase 2 to cover 60% of people
India's Covid-19 caseload rose to 96.44 lakh, while the total number of people who have recuperated from the disease crossed 91 lakh pushing the national recovery rate to 94.37 per cent, according to the Union Health Ministry data updated on Sunday. Odisha logs 393 new Covid-19 cases, six more deaths
Odisha's Covid-19 tally on Sunday mounted to 3,21,196 after 393 more people tested positive for the infection, while six fresh fatalities pushed the toll to 1,771, a health department official said. Of the 393 new cases, 229 were reported from various quarantine centres, and the rest detected during contact tracing, the official said.

Minutes after cancelling the first ODI against England, Cricket South Africa (CSA) on Sunday confirmed that two members of England's touring party have returned with unconfirmed positive tests for Covid-19. The first ODI between England and South Africa was cancelled on Sunday as two hotel staff members tested positive for Covid-19. The medical advice was given to both CSA and ECB that the match cannot take place.

The Covid-19 active caseload in India has dipped to 4.03 lakh, the lowest after 138 days, comprising 4.18% of the total coronavirus infections reported so far in the country, the Union Health Ministry said.
