9.55L stolen from spice warehouse
Nagpur: A thief broke into a spice warehouse under Kalamna police station limits and decamped with 9.55 lakh cash. The warehouse is owned by Nandlal Natwarlal Lahoti (45), a resident of Tulsi Apartment, Telephone Exchange Chowk. Police said Lahoti had locked premises on Saturday evening. The accused allegedly removed a tin sheet from the structure, gained entry, and stole 9.55 lakh kept in a drawer inside a cabin. The theft came to light on Monday, after which Lahoti lodged a complaint. Kalamna police have registered a case and launched a probe. TNN
