Jadhav had been with Ajit Pawar since 2019 and had earlier served in the security detail of Devendra Fadnavis. Jadhav was cremated with full state honours at Taradgaon in Phaltan tehsil.Jadhav, the only son of his parents, is survived by his wife and two children — a 14-year-old daughter and a nine-year-old son. For their education, Jadhav had shifted the family to Kalwa in Thane district. Rohit Pawar interacted with both the children on Saturday, and told the family that it would be his responsibility to educate the children. On Sunday morning, Rohit Pawar met the family members of Pinky Mali, the 28-year-old flight attendant. The MLA found out that Mali's brother had graduated in commerce and wanted to work in the aviation sector as a tribute to his sister.
"Pinky Mali's father had bought a small property in Mumbai to educate his children. He later sold it to educate his daughter, who eventually became a flight attendant. Now she has passed away. Her father drives a taxi. Her brother wants to support the family and wants to join the aviation sector. I spoke to some of the officials who told me that Physics and Maths are requirements for the job. However, I have requested them to get Mali's brother a ground work job. We will continue our efforts to get him a job," said Rohit Pawar after meeting Mali's family members, who are currently based in Worli.
