Vinay, a resident of Manpur near Mhow. As per the complainant, he was passing through Sodalyapura village on Mandu- Gujri road in his car and as soon as he slowed down on a speed breaker, some miscreants put their hands inside the car and grabbed his collar. Before he could react, one of them snatched a gold chain from his neck and fled with it. Vinay claimed that the chain was worth Rs 2.5 lakh.
