Back to resorts as MLAs packed off for weekend

With the political situation in the state fluid, the three parties on Friday decided to pack their MLAs off to resorts, and ferry them to Vidhana Soudha for the legislature session on Monday. While JD(S) legislators have already been staying in a resort for the past two days, chief minister HD Kumaraswamy’s decision to seek a floor test has given the opposition BJP the jitters, and the party decided to keep its flock together.
