Life changed forever for Khushi Srivastava when she was studying in Class 9. The young girl from Kanpur lost her father at an age when most children are focused only on school and dreams. Instead of complaining about what she could not afford, she focused on what she could achieve. While pursuing her degree, Khushi discovered another passion: creating videos. In 2021, she started making content for YouTube. The journey was not glamorous. She had only an Android phone, no proper background, no professional setup, and no special equipment. Yet she refused to let these limitations stop her. Before becoming a content creator, Khushi used to teach students and earned just ₹400 per month through tuition classes. She also took up freelance work as a side hustle to support herself financially. At a time when many people doubted her, she kept believing in her dreams. Starting as a content creator brought another challenge: judgment from others. Relatives, friends, and people around her often mocked her efforts. Many told her that she was wasting her time and money. But Khushi remained focused. She continued creating videos, learning new skills, and balancing her studies with freelancing work.Her hard work paid off in 2022 when she managed to pay her third-semester college fee of ₹22,500 entirely on her own. The opportunity required her to move far away from home to Chennai. She spent five months there before being transferred to Kochi. However, she struggled to adjust and was also worried about her brother's health. After requesting another transfer, she was moved to Lucknow.Even then, life was not easy. For nearly five months, she traveled daily between Kanpur and Lucknow before eventually shifting to Lucknow with her mother. Despite the demanding schedule, she continued creating content whenever she found time. In May-June 2025, Khushi recorded and uploaded a simple 'Day in My Life' video. She had no idea that this video would become a turning point in her journey. The video quickly went viral, reaching thousands of viewers and bringing her widespread recognition. As her audience grew, so did new opportunities. She started receiving paid collaborations, brand partnerships, and increased support from followers who connected with her authentic story. Behind every success was the unwavering support of her mother, who always believed in her dreams. Khushi openly acknowledges the people who helped her along the way. Apart from her family and mentors, she credits her partner for being a constant source of encouragement.
