Joshimath sinking: Families shifted to safe places, Central team to visit for assessments

Over 600 houses have developed cracks and families have been shifted to safe places in from the Joshimath after the cracks developed in the houses and other premises. A team from the Central government will visit the Joshimath for assessments. In a major action, the Chamoli administration will raze two hotels leaning at each other thus posing threat to residences nearby.
