'I Was In Illicit Relationship, Then Epstein Started...': Bill Gates' Bombshell In U.S. House

Microsoft co-founder Bill Gates has offered his most detailed public account yet of his association with Jeffrey Epstein, telling members of Congress that the disgraced financier allegedly attempted to use knowledge of Gates' private life as leverage against him. According to testimony provided behind closed doors before lawmakers, Gates said Epstein became aware of extramarital relationships he had during his marriage to Melinda French Gates and later sought to exploit that information. The testimony marks the first time Gates has publicly suggested that Epstein attempted to exert pressure using sensitive personal details. Gates has long acknowledged that meeting Epstein after the financier's 2008 conviction for sex-related offenses was a serious mistake. In previous interviews, he said he believed Epstein could help advance philanthropic initiatives, an expectation he later described as misguided. The latest testimony adds a new dimension to years of scrutiny surrounding the relationship between the two men.
