Zampa lands it nice and full, on middle and leg and gets the ball to shape back in just a touch, Haris Rauf skips down the pitch and looks for a glory shot but misses on all ends. The ball goes through the huge gap between the bat and pad to rattle the top of leg stump. An unnecessary shot and Australia inch closer to rolling Pakistan over!

Glenn Maxwell to Irfan Khan, OUT! RUN OUT! Oh dear, what an unfortunate way to get out on debut! After a decent knock under pressure, Irfan Khan has to trudge back! Glenn Maxwell bowls this short and on off, Irfan Khan looks to reverse sweep and miscues it straight in front of backward point. He sets off for the run but slips and splits just after a couple of strides. He gets back up and charges through to complete the run but Matthew Short is quick to throw the ball back to Glenn Maxwell who knocks the bails off. The third umpire is brought in to check and Irfan Khan is short of the crease at the bowling end. Moreover, Irfan tried to plonk his bat in rather than making an effort to slide it in. Wonder if sliding the bat in could have helped him there.

Sean Abbott to Naseem Shah, Bowls it nice and straight, on middle, Naseem Shah looks to tuck it across but closely the bat face early. luckily for him, he does so with soft hands and the ball chops off the outside edge and falls down the deck.
