"When your body is healthy, your mind becomes stronger too," says Gauranga Das. Wake up early in the morning, exercise daily for at least 40 minutes, have a healthy and balanced diet--- and see how these simple habits transform your life for the better.

"Saying no protects your time and energy. People will respect it more than you think," Gauranga Das ji shared, and rightly so. By saying no and setting healthy boundaries, you not only respect yourself but also earn people's respect. It also teaches others how to treat you well.

"Positive people lift you and make even tough days easier," he further said. Have you ever noticed how the mere presence or even talking to some people makes you feel uplifted and happy, while others drain your energy? If so, then protect your peace and surround yourself with like-minded positive people.

"Holding on to them only drains your energy. It's time to move on," he explained, and rightly so. Sometimes, when nothing you do works with some people and your relationship with them only worsens with time, then maybe it's time to let go of such people from your life and move on. This will bring you peace of mind and happiness.

"You'll be surprised by how much satisfaction it brings you," he said, and rightly so. Practising small acts of kindness genuinely brings happiness to your life
- And science agrees! A study by the University of Chicago in 2024 showed that students who performed seven kind acts weekly (e.g., holding doors) reported higher happiness, resilience, optimism, and less anxiety or loneliness. These benefits were for both social and solo kindness.

"Blaming others keeps you stuck. Accept, learn and move forward," Gauranga Das said. Owning your mistakes and learning from them not only shows your emotional maturity but also helps you grow as a person. This will help you succeed in life, no matter the circumstances.

"You'll be surprised how much peace you get when you let go and surrender," Gauranga Das said. Believing God, trusting his plan and having faith will help you stay strong even in difficult times.
