Voting is under way in 72 Lok Sabha seats spread across 9 states. The fate of 961 candidates will be decided by about 12.79 crore voters in the fourth phase. Stay with TOI for all live updates

Bihar will reach the halfway mark with the fourth phase of polling and the bigger test this time is for BJP, which has most to lose. The saffron party had won all five seats going to polls today — Begusarai, Darbhanga, Munger, Samastipur and Ujiarpur — in 2014 and this time, some of the contests will be tougher.
