Chengannur Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: Saji Cherian retains seat with over 10,000-vote margin
Adv. Abi Kuriakose (Congress), M. V .Gopakumar (Bharatiya Janata Party), Saji Cherian (Communist Party of India (Marxist)), and B. Praneesh (Socialist Unity Centre Of India (COMMUNIST)) — 4 candidates contesting from Chengannur in Kerala's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Chengannur is a General constituency under the Mavelikara Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, Saji Cherian of the Communist Party Of India (marxist) won by a margin of 32,093 votes. The 2021 turnout was 70.87%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Chengannur in 2026.
