Chelakkara Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: CPM's U R Pradeep wins the seat
U R Pradeep (Communist Party of India (Marxist)), K Balakrishnan (Bharatiya Janata Party), Subramanian K V (Aam Aadmi Party), Vinodkumar (Social Democratic Party Of India), and Sivadasan (Sivan Veettikunnu) (Independent) — 5 candidates contesting from Chelakkara in Kerala's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Chelakkara is a Scheduled Caste (SC) reserved constituency under the Alathur Lok Sabha segment, with 156,426 voters on its electoral rolls. In 2021, K Radhakrishnan of the Communist Party Of India (marxist) won by a margin of 39,400 votes. The 2016 winner was U. R. Pradeep of the CPM. The 2021 turnout was 73.4%. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Chelakkara in 2026.
