The National Testing Agency (NTA) has made available the provisional answer keys for JEE Main 2026 Session 2, enabling candidates to review their responses. The keys, along with recorded response sheets and question papers, are accessible on the official examination website.The examination for Session 2 was conducted over multiple days in April for Paper 1 (B.E./B.Tech.) and separately for Paper 2A (B.Arch.) and Paper 2B (B.Planning). It was held at 567 centres located in 306 cities across India, along with 14 international cities.Objection submission window in placeCandidates have been given the opportunity to challenge the provisional answer key through an online process. The window for submitting objections is open until April 13, with submissions accepted up to 11:50 PM on the closing day.To raise a challenge, candidates must pay a non-refundable processing fee of ₹200 per question. Payments can be completed using Debit Card, Credit Card or Net Banking. Submissions without the prescribed fee will not be reviewed by the agency.Review mechanism and finalisationAll objections received within the stipulated period will be examined by subject experts. In cases where a challenge is found valid, the provisional answer key will be revised. The updated answer key will then be applied uniformly to all candidates.The NTA has clarified that candidates will not receive individual notifications regarding the outcome of their challenges. The decision taken by the expert panel after reviewing objections will be considered final.Result preparation based on revised keysThe final results of JEE Main 2026 Session 2 will be compiled using the revised answer keys.
