He delivered his address on the topic mastering consciousness.
Addressing the students, Sana said that suicide among teenagers is increasing these days as it appeared as an easy solution even for day-to-day problems. "Every problem has a solution and one should search for it. Suicide is not the solution," she said. Sana also suggested that spreading happiness is the key to fight depression. "Let's be truthful and not hurtful," she told the students. One among the students listening to her, broke down stating that she has no friends and feels depressed. Sana counselled her and urged other students to make friendship with the girl.
Spreading the message against suicide, Sana Iqbal has embarked on a travel across the country which began from Goa.
She has travelled and met students from Kanyakumari to Madurai in the state, and will proceed to Pondicherry. She has travelled 14,000 km so far meeting more than 7,000 students from various educational institutions, spreading awareness against suicide and depression.
