Meet on founder personality, communication for startups

Kanpur: Chhatrapati Shahu Ji Maharaj University Innovation Foundation (CSJMIF) in collaboration with TiE UP organised a workshop on ‘Founder Personality and Communication’ on Thursday.The workshop was designed for startups and students of the university, focusing on enhancing communication skills, personality development, and fostering an entrepreneurial mindset. Pre-incubated and incubated startups, students, and young innovation enthusiasts actively participated, making the session interactive and engaging.Chief guest Rao Vikram Singh emphasised the importance of effective communication, self-confidence, and a strong founder personality. He said that a founder’s personality plays a crucial role in determining the success of a startup, influencing stakeholders, building trust, and ensuring sustainable growth.Providing insights into incubation support, mentorship, and institutional resources available at CSJMIF, Dr Divyansh Shukla highlighted that effective utilisation of these facilities can help transform innovative ideas into successful and sustainable ventures.
