Shraddha Walkar murder case: Delhi court to conduct day-to-day hearing from July 20

NEW DELHI: A Delhi court on Friday listed the Shraddha Walkar murder case for day-to-day hearing from July 20, in a bid to expedite the trial proceedings.A food blogger from Mumbai, Aftab Amin Poonawala, is facing trial for allegedly murdering his live-in partner, Shraddha Walkar, at their flat in Delhi’s Chhatarpur area on May 18, 2022.Here are the inside details of the murder case:2014 onwards |Shraddha Walkar had a strained relationship with father; told teachers she had lost her father and had to work to support her familyMid-2019 | Met Poonawala on a dating app; started a live-in relationship after parents objected to it; did not keep in touch with parentsJanuary 2020 | Walkar lost her mother; came to stay with her father and brother for two weeks and then returned to her rented home.
