PM Modi to launch scheme for artisans tomorrow

Bhubaneswar: Prime Minister Narendera Modi will launch the Vishwakarma Yojana meant for traditional artisans and craftspeople on Sunday, on his birthday and to mark Vishwakarma Puja. The launch of the scheme will be held simultaneously at three places in the state — Bhubaneswar, Puri and Sambalpur. Informing about the launch, Balasore MP Pratap Sarangi on Friday said inspired by the vision of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyaya, the Vishwakarma Yojana to be launched by PM Modi will ensure holistic development of the artisans and craftsmen.TNN
