6-yr-old raped by cousin, 13, in Rewa

Bhopal: A six-year-old girl was raped by her 13-year-old cousin, a student of class VII, in Rewa district.The survivor sustained injuries and was admitted to hospital in Rewa, where doctors said her condition is out of danger, police informed."The minor accused was rounded up and produced before the Juvenile Justice Board, which sent him to a reform house on Monday,"police station incharge told TOI. He added, "Apparently, it appears that the accused, who is also a minor, heard from friends and also came to know about objectionable things from social media, which prompted him to commit the crime." Sources said that on Saturday, the accused took the girl to help her buy snacks, and on returning, he took her to an isolated room and committed the crime.
