Woman and teen cousin harassed on Magrath Rd

Bengaluru: A 38-year-old homemaker and her teenage cousin said they were harassed by a gang of three on Magrath Road Monday night. According to the complaint filed by Aadya (name changed), a resident of Ashok Nagar, she and her cousin had gone for shopping on Brigade Road.
Later, they came near Garuda Mall. While walking near the residence of Shanthinagar MLA NA Haris around 9.45pm, the gang of three loitering on the roadside harassed Aadya and the teenager, the complaint read.
When Aadya questioned them, the trio got into an argument with her and passed lewd comments. They tried to touch both Aadya and the girl inappropriately. A senior police officer said they detained one accused identified as Dondup Pojang, 27. Two more suspects — identified as Tengin Migmar from Tibetan Colony in Uttara Kannada district and Tenzin Kunchok — are at large. tnn
