Ankita Bhandari Murder Case Updates: Resort receptionist was killed for refusing to give 'special services' to guests, says Uttarakhand DGP
Uttarakhand police chief Ashok Kumar on Saturday said that the 19-year-old receptionist, whose body was fished out from a canal on Saturday, was being pressured by the resort owner to provide "special services" to guests. Earlier, angry locals set ablaze the Rishikesh resort of expelled BJP leader Vinod Arya's son Pulkit Arya, who allegedly killed 19-year-old receptionist Ankita Bhandari. Following the alleged killing of Ankita Bhandari, Uttarakhand chief minister Pushkar Singh Dhami on Friday gave instructions to district magistrates to investigate all the resorts of the state.

PM Modi to address youth rally in Himachal Pradesh's Mandi on Saturday
Prime Minister Narendra Modi will address a youth rally in Mandi district of Himachal Pradesh on Saturday and sound the assembly election bugle for his party. The 'Yuva Vijay Sankalp Rally' is being organised by Bharatiya Janata Yuva Morcha (BJYM) at the Paddal Maidan in Mandi. BJYM national president Tejasvi Surya said over one lakh youth from across Himachal Pradesh will participate in this rally. The Assembly election in Himachal Pradesh is scheduled to be held later this year. (PTI)
