Man kills daughter, her boyfriend

AMRITSAR: In yet another case honour killing, a man killed his daughter and her boyfriend in cold blood at Bhai Laddhu village near Bhikhiwind on Sunday.
According to police Davinder Singh, brother of deceased Ranjit Singh Rana, informed them that the two of them ran a hair salon in Bhai Ladhu. "On Sunday, Dogar Singh came to their shop and took Ranjit to his house, which is quite close by.A little later, he heard someone yelling 'save me, save me."
He alleged that when he reached Dogar's house, he saw him attacking his brother with a kirpan. When his daughter Sukhwinder Kaur alias Dhammo came out, he attacked her also with the same weapon. "Dogar suspected his daughter was having an illicit relations with Ranjit," Davindver has told police. Bhikhiwind SHO Avtar Singh said they had arrested Dogar.
