India GDP Q3 Growth Data 2026 Highlights: Real GDP grows at 7.8% in first GDP data under new series
India GDP Q3 Growth Data 2026 Live Updates: The GDP data for Q3 FY 2025-26 was released today at 4:00 PM by the Ministry of Statistics and Programme Implementation (MoSPI). This is the first GDP data set that has been released as per the new series with a revised base year of 2022-23. India's real GDP grew at 7.8% in Q3 and the full year advanced estimates are pegged at 7.6%. The new series of GDP data is proposed to provide a more comprehensive picture of India’s Gross Domestic Product. India has been the fastest growing major economy in the world for several quarters now. Today, along with the release of the third quarter numbers, the government also shared the revised numbers for the last four years based on the new GDP series. What changes in the new GDP series?
