A man tried to immolate himself in front of the District Magistrate in UP's Muzaffarnagar. He was upset with the district administration as his complaint was not heard by the officials in a matter related to land dispute. He took out a bottle of petrol and poured it on himself. The cops intervened and took him out of the room. A video of the incident went viral on social media.
