True to their fears, Wrestling Federation of India’s (WFI) sidelined president, Brij Bhushan Sharan Singh, hasn’t been indicted by the oversight committee formed by the union sports ministry to probe charges of sexual harassment against him, sources in the establishment have confirmed to TOI. The protesting wrestlers, led by Olympians Bajrang Punia, Vinesh Phogat and Sakshi Malik, having learnt about it, made a passionate appeal to Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Wednesday to listen to their “Mann Ki Baat” and sought appointment from him to discuss the harassment charges against Singh.
