Pay hike not recommended by Delhi govt: AAP

The recommendation of an independent committee to look into the pay and allowances of Delhi MLAs for increasing their basic salary four times has given rise to a political slugfest with opposition parties saying the ruling Aam Aadmi Party (AAP) has become "khaas".
