India's Olympic Gold medallist Neeraj Chopra broke his own national record at the Paavo Nurmi Games in Finland. He has come home with a silver medal but this time, bettering his own record with a throw of 89.30m. Chopra beat his own gold medal winning throw of 87.58m at the Tokyo Olympics. Oliver Helander finished with a gold medal at the tournament in Finland.
