In their second seizure in one month, Narcotics Control Bureau (NCB) officials with help from the Railway Protection Force (RPF) nabbed Kenyan national John William Best, 33, a resident of Delhi, with 587g of cocaine and 700g of amphetamines, worth Rs 6 crore in the international market, from the Garib Rath train at Ahmedabad railway station.
