A natural retreat for the discerning traveller, Pangong Retreat is set amidst nature’s bounty. The exotic retreat is located right beside the sparkling Pangong Lake, with Spangmik village lying close by. Needless to say, there is no dearth of beauty with the lake and its mesmerising wilderness surrounding it. There are 25 comfortable tents available here, with separate beds for each person. The site also has separate living areas, a porch at the back with a shower room, and of course washrooms. Keeping visitors’ safety in mind, the camp also has a medical tent with basic first-aid kit, and oxygen cylinder. The camp site also has a beautiful dining hall, with Continental, Chinese, and Ladkhaki cuisines for the foodies. Also available is a Gujarati cook, who specialises in Jain food.
