For those on the quest for some healthy vegetarian food in Bern, Tibits is where their journey ends. It is a perfect place for vegans and the fare ranges from European delicacies to celebrated Japanese, Middle-Eastern and Indian staples. There are many gluten-free dishes on the menu and everything is delicious despite the lack of meat and (often) dairy and protein. Their sandwiches, salads, soups, finger food and desserts are all enjoyable and will leave you feeling refreshed. Everything is homemade so you know that there is goodness going into your body. Try their soy milk coffee and raw chocolate cheesecake for an interesting change. You will be surprised to find a list of organic wines to choose from.
