TV actor Yash Tonk, in a candid interview with Siddharth Kannan, has revealed how Salman Khan's appreciation for his performance in the 2006 film 'Fight Club' led to back-to-back film offers including 'Jai Ho'. Tonk also opens up about late-night parties at Galaxy Apartments, his "big brother" bond with Khan, and why he has zero regrets about building his career on television.

The upcoming television show Mukkabaaz has undergone a major casting overhaul, with Zain Imam and Jahnvi Soni now finalised as the lead pair. Earlier, actors including Harshad Chopda and Fahmaan Khan were being considered for the project. The show revolves around a former aspiring boxer who mentors a young woman and helps her emerge as a strong force in the boxing world. Veteran actors Sangeeta Kapure and Yash Tonk will also feature in pivotal roles.

Yash Tonk, who will be seen in new show Jaat ki Jugni, has been teaching Haryanvi to his co-actors, and for that he has been taking gurudakshina (fees) in return.
