Wimbledon 2022 Men's Singles Final Highlights: Djokovic beats Kyrgios to win his seventh Wimbledon crown

Wimbledon 2022 Men's Final: Novak Djokovic beat unseeded Australian Nick Kyrgios 4-6, 6-3, 6-4, 7-6(3) to win his seventh Wimbledon title on Sunday. The Serbian top seed won a fourth successive title at the All England Club to take his overall Grand Slam tally to 21. Djokovic started with a double fault, but recovered well to race to 40-15. Kyrgios attacked the second serve to win a point, but that's that. Djokovic held his service game to level the set 5-5.

A little fumble in the middle, but Kyrgios came up with another ace to take a 40-30 advantage. It was followed by another big serve as Djokovic hit the net on return to give away the game to the Australian. Kyrgios leads 28-14 in the ace stat so far.

Again Djokovic held his service game on love. A couple of unforced errors after long rallies from Kyrgios and an ace gave Djokovic 40-0 in the game. Kyrgios again hit the net to give away the game to the champion. Djokovic has won 93% points on his serves so far. Incredible.

Kyrgios looked upset and kept engaging with the fans behind him, even during the game. The ice-cold Djokovic kept the pressure on and held his service game to win the third set 6-4 and lead the final 2 sets to 1.

WOW! What a game again. Kyrgios started with service masterclass, producing back-to-back aces to race to 40-0. But then Djokovic started his own return masterclass and won five consecutive points to break the Australian only for the second time in his career. Djokovic will serve for the set now. Kyrgios continued to engage with the fans.

Two back-to-back aces helped Kyrgios keep the lead in the third set. A double fault after Kyrgios complaint about disturbance from fans behind him during his serves, took the game to deuce. The Australian is quite upset and had a word with the chair umpire after the game.
