They should visit the temple for the abhishekam to shivalingam and offer shringar items to Goddess Parvati. Shivratri that falls in the month of Phalguna is considered one of the most prominent Hindu festivals, which is celebrated with great grandeur and enthusiasm as the day celebrates the union of Goddess Parvati and Lord Shiva.
