In the caption, the user wrote, “Babarpur, Delhi @DelhiPolice @dtptraffic @gupta_rekha Viral video: wasn’t aware that one can block public roads for birthday celebrations and cause inconvenience to others. Also the “POLICE STROBE LIGHT ON TOP OF THAR.”
According to the post, the video was first uploaded on Instagram by an account named HoneyKhatri. From there, it spread quickly and reached a larger audience.
Their reply said, “Thank you, kindly mention date and time.”
This response led to further discussion online.
