Taking to her social media handle, the 8-year-old cutie drove her fans to frenzy last night when she shared her latest selfie with the 'Sultan' star. "Surprise surprise for everyone!!! Coming soon ....Memories revived ‪#‎beingsalmankhan ‪#‎salmanuncle ‪#‎mamu ‪#‎harshaalimalhotra ‪#‎shooting ‪#‎bestpair ‪#‎ilovesalman," she captioned the post. Now we exclusively reveal to you that the two are indeed coming together for a TV commercial for which they shot yesterday itself. During the few hours long shoot, the duo chatted and had a ball together.

Harshaali wants to work with Salman uncle once she grows up

He is often called Bhaijaan or Dabangg Khan, but when Salman Khan worked with Harshaali Malhotra in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, he got a new name. Harshali told ANI that during the shoot of the Kabir Khan directorial she used to call the 49-year old actor, 'uncle,' adding that even when she grows up she wishes to work with him. Harshaali, who wants to be a superstar in future, further revealed that Salman is her favourite actor and she loved his recent flick, Prem Ratan Dhan Payo. When asked if she is able to manage acting with studies, Harshali revealed that she does it very swiftly and added that her favourite subject is mathematics.

The child artist was appreciated a lot for her role of a mute girl ‘Munni’ in the film, but now after its success, she is now going to focus on her studies as her exams are nearby, reports Pinkvilla.com. The film’s director Kabir Khan revealed that her mother is very strict regarding her studies and though she tried to study on the sets, but it did suffer a bit, the report concluded.

According to a report on Pinkvilla.com, Salman Khan is reportedly funding Harshaali's education and has already paid Rs 1.5 crore to Harshaali’s family. However, the report also states that Harshaali’s mother has rubbished the rumours. The report quoted Harshaali's mother, Kajal, as saying that she won’t comment on it as she has not been informed about any such news. She also said that Salman might be considering doing something like that but she was not aware of it.

Kabir Khan: Harshaali Malhotra is the most talkative six-year old

Harshaali Malhotra has won the affection of millions with her portrayal of Shahida/Munni in Bajrangi Bhaijaan. The little girl was the cynosure of all eyes at the premiere of the film. Before this, the little girl was kept under wraps and away from the prying eyes of the media. While the world loved her performance in the film, it sure mustn't have been easy to get a six-year old to play the character of a mute girl. Talking about the same, in a chat with TOI.com, filmmaker Kabir Khan said, "Harshaali is the most talkative six-year old I have ever met. To get her to play the part of a mute girl wasn't easy at all. Additionally, kids don't know why a certain scene requires them to cry. Harshaali used to come up to me and say that she didn't feel like crying and then we had to explain her how she was supposed to cry."

Harshaali was also finalised for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, reports Bollywoodlife.com. Her mother, Kajal Malhotra, was quoted in the report as saying that Harshaali was earlier finalised for Prem Ratan Dhan Payo and had in fact even shot for some posters of the film. Apparently, Harshaali also had a small part to play in the film. But then Bajrangi Bhaijaan happened and Harshaali’s mother decided to speak to Salman about it. Post discussion, Salman agreed to the fact that after doing a full-fledged role in Bajrangi Bhaijaan, if Harshaali does a film like Prem Ratan Dhan Payo, it would be a step back. Finally, they spoke to Sooraj Barjatya and arrived at the conclusion to replace Harshaali.

According to a report on Businessofcinema.com, Harshaali Malhotra is 6-year-old and studies in Mumbai's Seven Square Academy. It was only after Life OK's show Laut Aao Trisha that she got noticed and the role in the film was offered to her. She is academically a bright child and has a very strong motivation to be a star and do well in the film industry. In an interview, Kareena Kapoor Khan said that though she is always pampered on Salman Khan's film sets, she was not the star while shooting Bajrangi Bhaijaan, Harshaali was! She said, "It was our little star Harshaali Malhotra who was the most pampered one on the set. Harshaali was the biggest star on set. When we were shooting scenes with her, we had to ensure she was comfortable. And, she was in the right mood. After all, she is all of six and the entire unit wanted to ensure that she was always looked after and in the right state of mind."

Kabir Khan auditioned over thousands of kids to play 'Munni'

To get an apt kid to play Munni, Kabir Khan and his team had to work hard. The entire team auditioned kids on a vast scale to find their Munni. Only after auditioning over thousands of girls, Kabir found his Munni in Harshaali Malhotra. Moreover, Harshaali was kept away from all the promotional activities prior to the film's release. She was allowed to speak to the media only after the film was released. In order to maintain the secrecy around her character, her parents had to sign a contract with the production company.

Breaks for Harshaali
Reports suggest that in order to keep Harshaali's mood in place, the cast and crew had maintained the decorum of taking breaks every 2-3 hours between Harshaali’s shoot. It was also reported that once, the entire cast and crew waited for almost six hours for Harshaali. In an interview, Kareena Kapoor also said that Harshaali is an aspiring Bollywood actress.

Directed by Kabir Khan, the Salman Khan and Kareena Kapoor-starrer film also features the talented actor Nawazuddin Siddiqui. The film is about a journey which depicts the tale of a small girl who gets stranded in India after crossing the border unknowingly. This is when the story begins and traces her journey of finding her house.
