Tarun Kumar Ganguli (Congress), Bijan Mukherjee (Bharatiya Janata Party), Md. Sabbir Hussain (Communist Party of India (Marxist)), Hareram Singh (Trinamool Congress), Kazi Hasiqul Hoque (Mewya Kazi) (Aam Janata Unnayan party), Riya Mukherjee (Nationalist Conservative Party), Abhilash Kumar Pasi (Independent), Laxmi Mallick (Independent), and Swarup Gope (Rakhu) (Independent) — 9 candidates contesting from Jamuria in West Bengal's 2026 Assembly Election. Votes cast across this constituency are now being counted, and early trends from each round will be closely watched as the day unfolds. Jamuria is a General constituency under the Asansol Lok Sabha segment. In 2021, HARERAM SINGH of the Trinamool Congress won the seat. The 2016 winner was Jahanara Khan of the CPM. the final result will show which candidate has secured the most votes in Jamuria in 2026.
