Thrithala Assembly Election Results 2026 Live Updates: Congress candidate V T Balram clinches victory
V T Balram of the Indian National Congress won the Thrithala constituency with 76,427 votes, defeating CPI(M) candidate M B Rajesh by a margin of 8,385 votes. Rajesh secured 68,042 votes. BJP candidate V Unnikrishnan Master finished third with 15,051 votes.Nine candidates contested from Thrithala in Kerala's 2026 Assembly Election: V Unnikrishnan Master (BJP), Adv Keerthi Jayanandhan (Bahujan Samaj Party), V T Balram (Congress), M B Rajesh (CPI(M)), Shaheer Chalipram (Social Democratic Party Of India), and Independents Abbas, Balaraman, T T Balaraman, and Rajesh S/O Ramankutty.Votes cast across this constituency were counted, and early trends from each round were closely watched as the day unfolded.
